First, use:
The hoist is a mixed or gravity type unloading, and the pick-up type is suitable for conveying powdery, granular and small pieces of low-grinding thinner with a bulk density of not more than 1.5 tons/m3. The temperature test does not exceed 250. °C.
This hoist has two types of hoppers:
Zh type (medium deep bucket) is generally suitable for conveying wet, easy to agglomerate, difficult to throw materials; such as; wet sand, molding sand, alkali powder.
Sh type (deep bucket) is generally suitable for conveying dry, loose and easy to throw materials; such as: cement, gravel, coal and so on.
Second, the structure and characteristics:
The bucket elevator is mainly composed of hopper, chain, head, tail, intermediate section and driving device. It is a garden chain bucket elevator. There are two types of drives, and there are left and right mounts. Has the following characteristics.
(1) Compared with the HL bucket elevator of the same specification, the TH bucket elevator has nearly doubled the conveying capacity and increased the lifting height by 10 meters.
(2) The internal use of the assembled drive sprocket, the lower part is equipped with a tensioning device, which ensures a constant tension, and can achieve normal operation of the machine, avoiding slipping and unlinking.
Third, specifications and basic parameters
The hoist code is TH, which is the garden chain bucket elevator. The product specifications indicate the performance and basic parameters of the hoist according to the bucket width. It conforms to GB3926-85 "Vertical bucket elevator type and basic parameters". The technical specifications are shown in the table:
